NoseBleed Or NoseRuns?

Okay so after being told what yaoi is and what Sonadow is I notice that in Japanese anime that when one sees something erotic and or sexual that one has what is called a nose bleed. Honestly I didnt that something like this is really possible until I ran across a link in my notes to which someone had sent me a pic of Sonadow. I stared at it and I immediately noticed my cheeks got warm and I could fell blush even though im not light skinned to actually see, I felt it. My nose immediatley began running and the more I stared at the erotic picture the more my nose kept running. And slowly the mucus that was flowing had turned into blood! I was so scared! I began to go tell my mother of this but do really think that I was gonna tell my mom that my nose was running becuz I was looking at two guys having sexual intercourse? Oh heck no! So I got a tissue and clogged my nose up so it would stop and eventually it did. Could I have really had a nose bleed? Or was it something out of a perverted Japanese cartoon? I need answers right away!

Btw, what was I thinkin' looking at something like that anyway?
